Well, I didn't get any project sewing in again today. Got things packed up and mailed and was going to sew tonight. Then DH asked me to help him on a committee project he is working on and I couldn't say no. So that took up my evening. He is very frustrated with this committee and its lack of organization with the need to get things done. It is a committee for producing a photo directory for the 100th anniversary of our Church. There is a lot of talking and no action. So, I took some action tonight!
Catch up with everyone, no never catch up, you all are too far ahead of me, but, "talk" with you all tomorrow. Happy sewing and love to DJ on this most difficult day. Prayers are with you, dear friend. carol/kittyquilt

Congrats Redtop. I can't imagine the sense of accomplishment you feel. I'm hoping to get my 4th project done but doubt I'll be able to get all 5 done.

Way to go girl, treat yourself to something special, you earned it!

Abbigail... your roses are gorgeous! Great job!

Redtop... Congrats on being all finished... That is just awesome...

I have been such a slug on my UFO's... I got sidetracked with my VG Quilt... and actually have not been sewing as much as I would like... trying to Jake finished up with his Homeschooling and get all the paperwork done... I am very proud of all of you who got so much done... I will try and do better next time... I did get 1 finish and a few other closer to being finished!!! Thanks again DJ for starting this... my thoughts and prayers are with you dear friend!

Cheers!

WOW, Redtop, congrats! You really worked this month, you must feel so good. I'm hoping by Saturday night I'll have 3 finished. 2 I'm carrying over to Jumpin June Jamboree, they need another month's work, as well as 3 others that I want finished by June's end.

DJ, take care of yourself, work on the swaps and sew alongs as they help you, don't feel burdened by them. You started something wonderful here, we're working our little fingers off! <smile> and getting so much done. love ya, carol/kittyquilt

Yeah for you Redtop!! All five done! Wow! That's a good feeling isn't it? I won't get my blocks done this round. Too much to do in one evening and I need to hit the hay early. I gotta work the next 2 days also. Up at 3:15 am, at work at 6:00am home again at 6:35 pm. Looonnnggg shifts, all I wanted was to be home sewing!

Thanks so much DJ for the push to get some of my UFO's done. You are in my prayers, all of your family. You all have been through so much in the last 3 or 4 weeks. ((((HUGS))) ~Abbigail~

Go, Joann, go, finish that 4th one! I'm gonna try to get 2 projects finished today, not quite sure I'll make it. Maybe I'll just concentrate on 1 and get that done.
Everyone have a great sewing day, it's raining here, so good day to sew. Catch up tonight. carol/kittyquilt
