Hey DJ... nice to see you pop on here... we miss you and are thinking of you!
I have been really bad and been working on my Victory Garden Quilt... and swaps... now I remember why all my UFO's were UFO's... I have hit a wall... I am so proud of all of you with your finishes... at least I have one done... and am a whole lot closer on the others... thanks to DJ and her great idea!!! I have a few more days to hopefully get at least 1 more finished!'
Cheers!

Abbigale, love your quilt! And no, wasn't standing on that table but I should have been. Next time ....
Are those some of your houses I see laying next to the quilt? Can't wait to see that one done. I want to do one but no idea where to begin or what pattern to use.
Alina, thanks for you nice words. I'm pretty much a blue gal, can you tell?
After finishing that one (only took about 45 minutes) I continued on and am working on the flannel binding now. I'm getting there!
Hugs,
Joann

Abbigail & Bransmom, beautiful quilts! It must be so nice to have those done.
Bransmom, Winning Hand was the very first quilt I did-I took a class at a JoAnn's and that's how I was introduced to QIAD. Mine was blue and yellow also.
Abbigail, I love the scrappy look of your quilt and your border is really nice. Was the swap for fat quarters? Looks like too much fabric for charms.
No sewing progress here...I actually started another project (but very small- a table topper). I must be out of my mind! LOL I think I just need to finish something quick once in awhile so I can get motivated to work on my long projects.

Blazing Star--2 1/2 hours I can see the end to this one too. I can't wait until this last project is completed.
Bransmom, I love your blue and yellow. It's one of my favorite combinations too. It's always a winner
Abbigail, I love the border you used for your quilt it sets it off. Were you giving us a sneak peak at your houses????? They sure are pretty.
