Although I didn't get much accomplished I worked on my star 1 hour 40 minutes.
I ripped out about as much as I sewed. If I could sew it right the first time, I would get this thing completed this month.

Good Luck everyone, the month is getting short. We don't have much more time.

Whoo Hoo! I have a finish! I'll post a picture tomorrow owhen I have better light. I finished my Christmas star swap top.

#1 Houses..worked about 30 minutes. I had to make another block and attach the sashes to 2 of them. I have them all arranged now how I want them and have attached a few sashes to it.

#2. Roses.. A little over 30 minutes. I have cut some more sashes for it and attached them. Oh woe is me! I don't have enough fabric to finish the sashes like I wanted. I'll have to come up with a solution for the shortage. Another 4 inches across the fabric would have been enough!

#3. Christmas ...I spent about 2 hours on it and now have it FINISHED!.

#4. Mystery ...FINISHED

#5. Crazy blocks...FINISHED.

Half way there and a lot more than I had done to begin with! What a cool way to get motivated to finish those UFO's! Thanks DJ, (((HUGS))) ~Abbigail~
