It's Sunday night and still no word from DJ, Prayers that she is okay. I know she's had a difficult week, sure hope nothing else happened and she's been able to relax and enjoy this weekend a bit.

We had family today, my brother, Ken and his girlfriend and Ron and his wife came for a BBQ. We had a nice day. First time that Ron and Ken have been together for a long long time. He and RoseMarie just live about 25 min from us, Ken and Ellen live in Delaware, He is Danielle and Debbie's father. They're spending the night.

Didn't get to sew today, had to clean up my house and get some food for the BBQ! Was a lot of fun. Hope everyone else had a nice day.

HUGS and Prayers, carol/kittyquilt

This seems so unimportant in light of DJ's tragic loss, but thought I'd check in. I worked on my CW blocks (#4) for 30 minutes today. I put together my second block and made more HSTs. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with her and I hope she is finding the comfort and support she needs.

I think DJ wants us to continue working on our projects. She rolled the dice this morning, so she wants us to sew while she isn't here. My thoughts are with her and my heart breaks for her. She is a huge part of this forum and I know she enjoys this site completely. Lets join together and keep our group going until DJ returns to us.

I didn't sew today since it was family time at our house.

I didn't get to sew much either. I did get 30 minutes arranging my houses. Seem like one must have been a mobile house because it's gone. I had to make another one and put some more sashes on.

Dj, please don't worry about these swaps. You take your time girl, I know where you are at except Bob's passing was expected. It was still hard but we had time to prepare. Hugs, love and prayers to you. Brenda
