Lyn, your block will be purrfect whatever you decide ❤❤
Teresa, I don't really know for sure, some are half and half I think too. Whatever you decide will be fine, just do whatever you decide.

Mary I love your kitty Christmas block. Very festive. I have quite a few cats (4) that live in my basement with my two daughters. When Christmas rolls around I don't put a tree in the basement because the cats would climb all over the tree & destroy it. They are so curious & love anything new. :) Very entertaining.

Looked for Christmas fabric today, couldn't find any where I thought it was. So took a trip to the new LQS in Vacaville. Well darn, so sad for me. I will get started on these next week.

Valerie, did you find any at the LQS you went to?

Yes Tina I found fabric, more than I needed! Also got some pink floral for a binding I have needed to make for about 10 yrs.

Nice block Chickie!

CHICKIE & MQ, those blocks are the bees knees! This is going to be an awesome quilt!

I have all my blocks fused. I started on the hand embroidery accents last night. It keeps me awake while watching TV. Getting ready to head into the sewing room now to start stitching down black cats!

I think I told you all a lie - apparently, hand embroidery does NOT keep me awake during evening TV  But I got SOME of them done!
