2. My favorite color(s): Winter greens, but I like them all! In my kitchen I have roosters and chickens, so a variety of pretty colors work for me.

3. Colors I don't like: Some dull Orange's or even dull colors in general.

4. My favorite Style(s) of fabric: Batiks, some floral's, fifties styles, some country and vintage styles and civil war.

5. Fabric style(s) I don't like: I don't like sixty's or seventy's style or psychedelic styles, I'm not crazy about strips.

6. Quilt pattern I would like to have: Log cabins and pretty much all of them.

7. Do you applique by Hand or Machine? I like both.

11. My pets: I have 3 beautiful dogs, one German Shepherd, two Deft Shelties. My male German Shepherd died recently (old age) and now we're down to three dogs. Shep is greatly missed by us all.

I'm married to a very gentle and Godly man named Kevin. I have three children the oldest is Monique 33yrs old with five children, Ruth is 26yrs and is trying to make it in the film industry, with a dream of Directing some day. Kevin is 21yrs and he is still trying to find his place in this world. All my kids were home schooled. Monique has a Masters in business, Ruth was valedictorian of her class in film school.
I love the Lord and we try to make Him the center of our lives. One of the most important things we try to emphasis in our family is a personal relationship with Our Lord for each of us.
We really like our dogs. We like camping and family vacations. I love gardening and wished I had grass, lol. Living in the desert is not garden friendly, soooo sad.

Got back into quilting and crafts about three years ago when I decided to slow down. Having a fantastic time with it, lets me be creative and giving at the same time......

I will be 65 Dec. 24th. DH and I have been married 43 years. I
have two daughter's and one son. I have 6 grandbabies, 4 girls
2 boys...the oldest is 12 and the youngest is 22 months. My DH had
forced retirement (he didn't mind)in May 2010. I consider myself
semi retired. I renewed my Real Estate license for another 4
years only to help my son who also has a R.E. license-Mother and
Son team.I've had my license for 34 years. DH and I live in a
800 sq. ft. 55+ condo at Lake Elsinore, Ca. I recently joined
the Murrieta Senior Center Quilters who meet once a week. I read
Sandra Brown, Lisa Scottoline, J.A. Jance style books. DH and I
love to go to used book stores and will not pay more than $1.50
for a book. My life changed when DH retired and I still haven't
adjusted but I consider myself lucky for what I do have.
