Pretty blocks, Sharon! Thanks for posting them. I was SO hoping mine would make it there yesterday.... mail can be very unpredictable, I guess.. I hope it comes in tomorrow's mail! I think it will match well with the ones you've gotten already. You're going to have a very colorful quilt!

I've got you block made-- but I'm just not satisfied with it. I always have a problem with that block shrinking on me... I absolutely LOVE the block-- it's a really pretty one--- but I am going to make another for you and try to get it in tomorrow's mail. Sorry I'm late. I would have been on time, but I hate to send a block that doesn't measure up...

Oh I am so excited. Pam's block came today. It matches perfect with the one from Joanne. I think they must have had a conversation or something. Thank you Pam. It's a great block, great fabrics, and great workmanship. Now the one from Joanne isn't so lonely. Thank you again. Valerie

Okay, I just got back from the post office, and your blocks are on the way, Cindy. I went on and sent them both-- maybe you will be able to use the one that's a smidge too small if you use sashing strips on your quilt. That's what I did with my birthday blocks-- which, by the way, are all pieced together into a beautiful (if I do say so myself top! I will try to post a picture soon.

Sharon, has your block arrived yet? I hope it hasn't gotten lost in the mail. If you haven't received it yet, please let me know, and I'll make another. I'm going to try to work on my December blocks today. It'll be good to be ahead of the game for a change-- and the remainder of this year could be extra busy.

Good evening gals!! My DH finally went to the PO today and brought me some goodies!!! Thank you to kittyquilt, and Bamagirl!!! What neat blocks.

I also want to say thank you to Evie. When I had the nickle swap some time ago Evie sent me a special gift which was a signed birthday block.
I put it away and found it tonight!!!

I'll post a pic when I get one taken.
