Susi, your bunny is so cute! Way to go! I'm glad to hear it was pretty easy. I think I'll try a practice one.

OH Susie, your bunny is just so cute! I hope to get to mine tomorrow.
I picked that block because my step daughter loves rabbits and I thought I would make some throw pillows for her birthday with it, too.

csusio, that is adorable, and you did it by paperpiecing, right? I was so confused when I saw the 4 pages of the pattern I just about gave up that I would ever get anywhere except more confused. But reading some of the great instructions, i may, just may give it another look. don't like to give up, but, wow was I close. wish me luck gals, hugs, carol/kittyquilt

Here is my bunny... yes I know he is facing the wrong way... I forgot to reverse him before I hit print... oh well!

Image

Kittyquilt... you have to first print the pages out and tape the pieces together... the bunny is a 12.5" inch block and you can't print the block on one page... hang in there don't give up... but if you do get too frustrated I can email you a template version... let me know! Hang in there!!!

Hugs!

Alina, I think he's cute the way he is!! Pretty fabric! You find the neatest fabrics..!
I've got the pattern printed out and copied...maybe tomorrow I will try this adventure! (at least it's not 18 paper-pieced trees!! LOL!)

Edit to add: Is that white or light yellow in the sample quilt picture???

Thanks Joanne... I love unusual fabrics... I thought my beige looked like "hare hair" LOL! And the green looked liked blades of grass... I don't even remember what I originally bought those fabrics for... heehee!

For color reference... the piano key border has pink, yellow, green, blue and purple... I use those same colors throughout the quilt... for example the butterflies are pink, blue, yellow and purple... does that help? Or did I confuse you more??? Sorry:(

Hugs!

Alina, thanks. I thought maybe it was light yellow, but these old eyes aren't always the best!
I like fabrics like that, too. When I run across them, I usually buy them. Have no idea when or where I'll use them! Landscape quilts fasinate me...some day I'll tackle one.

This will be a pretty quilt! I'm going to the sewing room soon...right after I drink my coffee in my new QIAD MUG!! whoooo hoooo! (Thanks, Wesig!!)
