Wow a lot has gone on since I checked in last. Cindy so sorry that your blocks were lost. Sounds like you've had a rough year. Wish you the best! Hope that life will calm down for awhile.

I'm excited about the swap! It will be fun to see everyone's blocks. In view of the Christmas spirit, giving is what it's all about. I don't see any problem with wishing Cindy the best! She tried, & sometimes life does just get in the way. Wish you all the best!

With all said and done - - PACKAGES BEING MAILED TODAY - YEA!!!!

I have never mailed a BIG BOX out of the country so I am not sure of the amount I need to put on the customs form. I know to mark it a gift but is there a limit???? I have PM'd Denise but if anyone knows please let me know. I am not sure I trust the new PO guy to know.

Marcia - sent you a PM but yes they got here later in the afternoon as it was a holiday yesterday and mail is always late the next day.

Ysabel came over last night to finish helping me fold and package SOOOOOOOOO MANY BEAUTIFUL BLOCKS!!!!! We had a ball!!! I owe her HUGE KUDO'SSS!!!

I have verified and have not received your PM. Since you check "gift", I would say you may write an amount a little bit higher than $20.00, but not too high. At Customs Canada, I know that from $0.00 to $20.00 there are no fees.

YEA - The numbers are posted and I can somewhat relax with a 1/2 glass of wine. You should have seen all the people who came in after me at the PO. Look of "Really??". Oh my the looks were priceless. I received a HUGE Blessing when I saw Ysabel's daughter, Ruth in line. When she was finished she helped me bring in the laundry basket of packages and the box. I was going to ask for a cart to bring them in but this was so so so so much better. I don't think I have ever been at the PO for over an hour. Not good for the back especially not having my walker. All has calmed down so God is Good!!!

PLEASE let me know when you RECEIVE your PACKAGE. It is only after everyone has them that I can have the other 1/2 glass of wine

Emails going out to Tina (done) and Cindy (need email address) with addresses for when they are ready to mail. I still believe that Cindy's blocks will find there way into the Light. After all it is Christmas and miracles happen. No pressure at all.

Yes Vivian I did receive your LOVELY blocks. I know some horse lovers in the group that will greatly enjoy it. Sorry for the delay but I got right to the rest of the sorting and then Ysabel came over to help with finishing it up. That is a true friend.
