I've always known Vinae was a special lady, but now she's also a guardian angel! So happy to hear such a story with a happy ending. bless you both!

Yvette, I am just so relieved that they got it all out of you. Thank heavens for Dr. Oz and all the education that he gives us. Because of his show, I knew the symptoms to tell you. Love you, Hugs Vinae

Has anyone put their Summer Memories quilt together yet? If so, I would LOVE to see photos of it! That's the next UFO I intend to tackle.

Sorry you missed it, Joan. It was fun to do. I have my blocks 1/3 of the way together. They were nearly all applique'd with summer scenes - kites, lemonade stands, roller coaster, beaches, hammocks, flowers, swing. Each block is amazing! I can't wait to finish it and I will definitely post a photo when I'm done.

My Summer Memories blocks are now but a memory. They are all together in what turned out to be a pretty neat top. Now it's been sent across the hall to 'quilting'. and there it sits.
