Finally got around to checking the mail and my blocks have arrived. Thank you all so much for the beautiful variety of blocks, all sewn so carefully by very talented hands. I think I may use aqua cornerstones and red sashing, not sure quite yet. Have to finish the Mystery Quilt first and my sewing time is few and far between with work so crazy busy.

Thanks again, I appreciate every single stitch!

Chriss, you can start to breathe again - Michael has my blocks - they are here, but not here, they are in his truck with him up in SLC - I will get my hands on them shortly.

my blocks were in the door when i left for a local quilt shop class this am. was so glad they were in ziplock bag and the padded envelope as the brown stuff smeared all over the outside looked and smelled like 'you-know-what'! the blocks are safe and BEAUTIFUL! thanks to everyone! marcia

Marcia.. I think it's so important to use a plastic bag that can be sealed... it helps me to have one that seals because I can get the air out of them and they are easier to put in the envelope...

Hi Everybody

So when I got home from baby sitting late last night, pulled up to my mail box and there inside was a nice thick package! My blocks are HERE! I did a quick peek right away, but today I'm going to lay them all out and oooohhh and aaaaahhh over them! If I get time after yard work today, I'm going to get them squared up and ready to put together. HHHMMMM now the question is... should I sash? or no sash. Border or No border? OR wait til all the B & W blocks are done and put them all together? Decisions, decisions!

glad they got there Mary... I've already started putting mine together and they are nice and easy to square up.....I am very happy with these blocks.

according to the tracking numbers every one not in Kentucky and not out of the country should have received their blocks...

Hey Chriss, yesterday afternoon I kept checking the tracking number to see if the blocks (dh calls them patches)had been delivered to our P.O. Box. We weren't able to go get them till 8 p.m. DD#2 needed us to babysit while they went to buy a new used car and didn't get home till late. I was anxious to leave and go get my blocks.

The blocks are wonderful, thank you sooo much for hosting. This was my first swap and probably won't be my last. Just follow the rules and have fun!
