Vinae, if you made other blocks to alternate with the swap blocks, you could easily make two quilts. I did that with the birdhouse swap. I made 9-patches and put them with 10 swap blocks and on the other quilt, I did star blocks. Out of appropriate fabrics. Just a thought. . .

You could even do a square in a square as a alternate block - all done in halloween fabrics - lots of choices
Even a wonky square!
