I received my package a few days ago from WeSignificant (Valerie) filled with lots of goodies. It seems whenever I tried to get on the internet, it would say 'not connected to the internet' and I don't know how to fix that, so I'm finally able to say THANK YOU, Valerie!
I got a nice note from Valerie, a great McCall's pattern for a tote, sewing organizer and 'sewing machine apron' with pockets, a To Do pad, a quilt-picture nail file (in a little case so it is perfect for keeping in my purse), a note pad for lists (with matching magnet), AND a 'Star in a Star' pattern WITH fabric in warm old-fashioned colors. I'm looking forward to making the little Star in a Star quilt. The colors are great for my family room.)

My SP package arrived in Florida today, and Mom opened it!!! There was a book/magazine of quilt patterns that Mom loves! Fabric, and note pad.... I am awaiting pictures, but I think they all forgot them tonight....Hubby did tell me that Mom is looking over the quilt patterns!!!! LOL!!!! The card - lol, Mom's sight is not doing well, but she read me the card!!!!

What wonderful gifts I have recieved but I am especially happy and very grateful for the prayers and positive thoughts I have recieved.
I have great news from the oncologist I AM IN REMISSION!!!!! YEAH!!! I am still having chemo as a maintenance for a couple more rounds and then he will start to cut it back and eventually I will only get one drug in shot form or interveinously. So I am very pleased.
