Carolyn, it's really only December 3rd! Isn't it??? Oh, dear. The time really has flown, hasn't it.

Just a little info about me -I'm not a fancy card buyer. I pay more attention to the picture on the front. ) I hope you don't mind cards that are not top quality. (Besides, most cards get thrown out before the next Christmas.)

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's cards.

I was trying to make all mine on my embroidery machine but I kept having proplems so I bought some and sent them..sorry they aren't home made..I figured out the problem too.. I had to have a topstitch needle in..oh well.. maybe next time..Judy

GLAD MINE ARRIVED SAFELY

I had so much fun opening my box of cards! Thank you to everyone who sent a little something extra in their cards. I did not expect it, but will certainly enjoy using the things that came.

I really enjoyed reading the notes some of you sent. I should have done that, too, but for some reason this year it never crossed my mind. So here's the basic info I should have included: I'm a mom of 5, grandma of 5 (two born in just the last 8 weeks!), happily married, and learned to sew when I was around 12 years old. In the last 5 years or so I have become more interested in quilting. I haven't finished a lot of quilts yet, but I have blocks for several projects waiting to be sewn together - a lot of them from QIAD swaps or sew along projects.

OH WOW!!! I received the cards today thank you so very much everyone. I have a bad cold and was curled up on the couch feeling yucky and sad when John brought in the mail I immediately cheered up as read the notes and looked at the cards. Thank-you Beth for sorting and mailing...you ladies truely made my day.
