Sewcarolyn, any ideas??????? he he!

A holiday theme sounds really nice. You just made me think of Thanksgiving as a theme. There are lots of things that could be done with that theme. Or one could choose her/his birthday month and coordinate colors/flowers/birthstone colors, etc. OR one could choose a special state and use the colors, flowers, special animals, etc. OR, OR, OR.

Gee, I've just been doing too much thinking and calculating on my current projects to think of trouble, and besides, that's ssssssssssssoooooooooooo far removed from my thinking.................i'll stop while I'm ahead.

good sewing everyone............carol/kittyquilt

I like the idea of an autumn color theme. I wondered what I was going to do with all that leaf patterned fabric I couldn't live without.....then there are the various browns and oranges and greens and golds and......oh dear.....

Sharon, those colors really sound great, I love that combination. Recently I've really been drawn to oranges.....wonder what that says.....leaves would be really nice in the blocks and the book shows lots of different ways to border/finish.....appliqued leave, sounds nice................carol/kittyquilt

I'm all for a theme. Thanksgiving is good and I love Christmas fabric. Was trying to look through my stash, I have a lot of fall colors as I use a lot of Southwest fabric. I like orange too. My favorite color. Gotta work on the Sweet blocks first. I'm trying to finish some other things so I can get to the Sweet ones. Don't know where the time goes.

Oh, my dear Carolyn, aren't you seeing 1/2 triangles in your sleep! I'll bet that quilt is going to be gorgeous. Don't forget to take pics and post.

Grandma Taz, I'm working on my desserts, too. My cookies are almost ready for the oven..............

happy sewing everyone, hugs, carol/kittyquilt

Ha, Carolyn said oranges and I was thinking fruit... oranges, apples, etc...lol....

I think I am going to stick witht he Victory quilt fabric... I should get some white and use up some of my stash... I do have some more Civil War fq's and some misc fq's that kind of match... Christmas fabric would be cool...

I see the Sharon's are stiring things up a bit unlike us calm, cool, collected C's...lol... hey, give us time....
