Marcia- Great! My husband stops at the mailboxes when he gets home at 6:30 in a half hour from now. Our mailboxes are down the road a ways, we live in the boondocks. LOL I will post that they arrived then. Yippie!

Only 6 more to get here.

Peguin blocks should be delivered to you on Monday 11/21/11. I have already mailed them out. Tracking nunber 03110820000209697833. Now I can sew my Thanksgiving apron, should have that completed by tomorrow!
I also have a few doll quilts to make, now that is when the fun begins!

Vinae, when they have signed-up your swap, did they gave you their phone numbers or email addresses? If yes, you may try to contact them to find out what's going on, if they are still making the swap. :-)

Denise- No, I didn't get anyone's email or phone #. I am getting a bit concerned with some that have not posted recently. I hope they are getting the blocks done anyway.

Marcia- your blocks are cute. Got them and the noodles. :D

This is something you (meaning all hostesses) should take in considerations. When you post a new swap, you should ask that we "swappers" PM you with all our pertinent information such as: real name, forum's name, address, phone # and email address. So if something like this occurs, you'd be able to contact us.

Mary Margaret asked for all our pertinent information for the Secret Santa swap. Why don't we do it on all other swaps? :-)

Denise- that is a great idea. I will do that for the next swap. It will be a requirement. I would only call if I don't get updates on here.
I will also not give this much time to make them either. 5 months is too long. I think people forget and life happens and such. I have some idea's for the next swap. But It will be a few months. I will see how things go after New Years is over, and we all have a rest. I keep getting more ideas that might be fun for us, so I guess I will keep hosting swaps.;)

I guess it has been a week since I posted on here. Am hoping to get them finished up tomorrow, but it may need wait till Friday or Saturday to be mailed. My husband and I got to watch the twins yesterday. Wow. The are eating every 2 1/2 to three hours untill they get up to normal birth weight. And they aren't too interested in eating. It takes about an hour for each feeding, and then it's almost time to start it all over. The littler one is so wiped out by eating that his breathing get more and more labored untill he just doesn't have any more energy for eating. I hadn't slept because I had worked the night before, but Dan was exhausted, too. This was the most time either of us had spent with little babies ever! We are so proud of Jimmy (and Rosa). He has grown up into a good daddy.

Hi Pam, good to hear from you. Try to get your blocks in the mail asap. I am afraid that mail is going to be slower this time of year. Sounds like the little ones were fun. But it sure can be exhausting.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! babies bring such joy, even if they are time consuming and hard work!! enjoy them as often as you can, i can't believe how much phoebe is changing and so quickly! she's over 5 months old now!!
i know, i've had to learn to juggle my job, home life, sewing and helping with phoebe! hard going, but worth it!! hang in there!
