oh my goodnes-all of you, your quilts are so beautiful. Makes me realize that I'm really behind. I have 2 more sides of borders to put on the one last of the Jan pattern quilts. They are not quilted, of course, but I will tomorrow have 3 Jan quilts; haven't even started the Feb ones. I think I will have to put that on hold for a bit, need to get some other projects done, AND get things in the mail and get ready for Lancaster--Yes, yes. Then I will try to catch up. I'll post my pics soon as the borders are finished.

Well, ladies (& Rick) I find that I am in over my head! My thought when I joined the BOM I would make 12 blocks in a year not 12 quilts! If I did not have several must finish projects for the year I might not be in such a dither, but I do and I am.

So, I have decided that I am going to work on my must finish projects, watch the videos, read the posts and admire your quilts and use the patterns when I need them. I am excited to try the blocks and I know I will use the patterns and techniques that I learn from both El and you all.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with me and I will continue to watch and learn from you.

Hey Nancy, don't fret it... I'm still finishing up the Barn quilt and haven't even started on this years quilts....but I know I will get there..

Nancy....Doing your quilts this way, you can choose which ones you really want to learn. January's was very quick and I can see using that pattern for a lot of children's quilts in the future. I probably won't use the hearts so much, so I have put that one on hold for a later date.

Well, here are my January tops--no, not quilted, just tops, lucky to have those finished. I cannot believe I actually finished them. Haven't started on Feb and don't think I will until sometime later. Have some other things to finish first, so gonna put Feb on the back burner. Nancy--don't be discouraged, we just do what we can and what we're drawn to do. Do keep us up to date on what you're working on and how you're progressing.

Barb, I really like the way you used the four patch for the corners, too. Nice job--wasn't this one fun? Hoping for a really fun pattern for March--we should get it in about a week--today is the "in house" block party, hopefully we'll get some info later from Sallyc.
