YIPPEE!!!! Mine went to the Santa Clarita Post Office so NO DELAYS - WOOHOO. Should be arriving TODAY!!!! BOING! BOING! BOING!!!

My blocks have arrived. I was so excited but unfortunately I read the note first and my heart just sank.
I ironed and measured every, every single block I sent. Yes some were a thread or two over which is very close BUT 1/4" Off? Do you really think as Hostess of the Lotto I would do that to another hostess, a Swapper or even a Lottoer? I take my commmittments SERIOUSLY.
If ANYONE irons their block and sees that it is NOT USEABLE in their quilt and do not want it please send it to me and I will, I WILL MAKE ANOTHER ONE FOR YOU if you wish. I am deeply saddened by this news.

My blocks were sitting on my dining room table and my sister spied them. She went through each one admiring fabrics, patterns, etc. She especially liked the hand-stitched blanket stitching on some of them! But no, she isn't going to get them!!

I was thinking if I took Vinae's sleight and my reindeer and adjusted them so their sizes worked well together I could have a sleight pulled by reindeer. It would make a neat tree skirt.

CHRISS - that is a great idea! Last year we had a Nativity scene, a block with 3 kings, and angel, and a star and I put them in the lower right quadrant of the quilt so when it was folded and placed over my loveseat, I had a nice Nativity showing - if I fold it that way.

I just came back from the post office and my blocks are arrived. Thanks everyone for your blocks. They are beautiful.
Tina, a funny thing. On the envelope it was my address but Jacquie's name for the addressee. I bet she has my name on her envelope!
