Re: December 2007 Charm Swap
Maryq let me know if this is correct - mailing choice is up to us. I understand about 2 squares in each baggie (I like to know who sent what) but as far as packaging other than that, we can make the choice of bag type and priority or regular first class. I am trying to space my mailing apart. The blue charms are on their way, the Valentine ones and your blue and yellow ones are ready to go but I will wait for another paycheck to mail. The ladie I work part time for hasn't called for me to work and when she has, it is getting canceled so no extra $$ for over a month now.

WE
yup, how you mail them to me is your choice. What ever works best for you.. They don't have to be in to me until Mid December so don't stress. This time of year we are all watching our budgets, but still want to have fun. Mail when you can.

Mary,
I have never done this before, but I have looked at other swaps. Please correct me if I get any of this wrong.
I put two charms in a baggy and put my name and address on it if I choose. I have a baggy for each participate. I then put all baggies in a larger one with the to and from on a piece of paper. I also put an envelope with the correct postage and put all of this in an envelope to wonderful you.
You are going to be St. Mary before all of this is done.

I just found the prettiest blue print and a soft yellow print this morning at Joann's. Can't wait to cut it up and share it with all of you.
Have Fun,

Tyvec envelopes available at Staples, but you have to buy a box of 50. They cost about $25.00 for the box, which makes each envelope about 50 cents. Just didn't have the extra for the whole box. Sears Essentials did not have the Tyvecs. Let us know if anyone else finds these envelopes in smaller quanitites.

I found some "tyvek type" envelopes at Kmart...I think there was 3 to a package for under $4.00. That's the only place I've found them in small quantities.
