Sandy's beautiful blocks arrived today from Virginia! This is getting really exciting! How is everyone else doing on their blocks?

I have mine half finished. I will finish up on Saturday and have them in the mail on Monday. ~~Denise

I have three sets of blocks so far, and should have Denise's soon. How are the rest of you doing? I have pieces cut, but not sewn together for my pinwheels so I need to get back to the sewing room to finish them.

The due date is coming up fast!

I have about 11 done! YIKES!!! Everything is cut out, I just have to sew them together. I will see what tonight brings......here's crossing my fingers.....

Whoo-hoo! More blocks will be arriving in the near future!

I just got a PM from islandgirl that she will not be able to do the Courthouse Steps. Since I wouldn't mind having the other blocks I would be willing to fill in for her -- unless someone else wants to. Although my Courthouse Steps might turn out to be a Log Cabin or Nine-Patches. (I hope you don't mind another change.)

Guess I'd better get busy and finish my first set of blocks!

My blocks are done and are in the mail but I am so upset. I HATE my blocks! I am very, very disappointed with the way they turned out. I was up until 4:30 this morning trying to get them right and they just won't work. I had to be at work at 8:30 so I just bundled them up and mailed them.

If, after the holidays, someone wants me to do another row I will replace the Dutchmen's Puzzle row. But it will NOT be the same pattern (I now hate this pattern!).

I am so sorry that this did not work out the way I wanted it to. I was just going to start over, but realized I did not have enough fabric nor the finances before Christmas to go buy more fabric.

Please excuse the poor blocks. Again, contact me and after Christmas I will create new rows if you want.
