Keep the ideas coming, this is gonna' be a really nice quilt. And members will have the choice of the size they want to make, either 12 blocks or 20 blocks. I'm thinking about Feb 1 for the due date. How does that sound?
No commitments yet, just ideas. Signups will start probably in Sept to let everyone take advantage of pre-holiday sales IF you need some fabric, but new fabric isn't necessary!!!!!!!!

I keep going back and looking at that quilt. What a fun one to do and I like the idea of little labels to add on the back. I was thinking about maybe making a rural mailbox block and putting the names on the mailbox. You know a row of boxes that looks like this.

I bet I could make a paperpieced block something like that to go with Wonky Houses

this is the cutest quilt - i love the wonky look - i like them signed though nothing big just tiny print somewhere on them that way when I snuggle up with them you can see who made the blocks of course if they are to give away that would be a hard one to explain lol either way the are adorable

Just don't want this to get lost. I'll post signups mid september so we can start thinking about fabrics when sales are on and designs for our own when we're looking through magazines, etc. for idea. Due date will be in February, so we'll have plenty of time.

Watch for the signup. HUGS< carol/kittyquilt

btt, getting the info together. I'll post the info in the next week or so. We're looking at February 14, 2009 as the due date, so think on it. Any more suggestion to share? Please post them here. Of course, during the swap time, we can all share more ideas for "A Neighborhood of Houses". HUGS< carol/kittyquilt
