Amie - yes I received the charms. Have been gone most of the weekend. Worked early Sat AM and then went to my grandson's bridging ceremony. Moved from Cub to Boy scouts. Now am home, trying to nap and the phone keeps ringing. Oh well, the number sign next to your name means the charms are here. Should I open now or all at once?

Okay, since you said up to me. I opened them! Like I would do anything else. They are really pretty. Girls, you gotta see these. Thanks for the gift. It will go to good use. I am planning to make something out of all the charms I recieve in this swap. Have gotten some nice table runner patterns and small table toppers that will be perfect for these. thanks Amie.

I hope more people will join! I'm also glad that you brought this to the top, Littlebit! I knew that the mailing date was getting close, but hadn't had a chance to check--- so I've got to get busy this weekend! Need to get them cut, bagged and ready to mail!!

Thanks, Gwen

If no one else signs up, we can put 3 per baggie which would be 51 charms and we usually do 60. Come on girls, you will love these 1800's!

I have a couple of questions-- If we decide to do 3 per baggie, should we do 3 different ones? I'm waiting to cut my fabric until we know for sure how many to send, so I can easily get a third print.

Also, washed or unwashed? Any preference?

Thanks a bunch!

Gwen

Most people I think would prefer 3 different fabrics. Also, 1800's make great scrappie quilts. I am going to do three different.

Good! I will get another print to add to mine.
What about pre-washing? Yes, or no--- or either way? :-)
