My log cabins are done, ready to ship. I have the Clay's Choice almost all cut out. I need three colors and have two all ready to go. I need to stop and get some white or off white muslin, cut the pieces, sew and they will be ready.

Can I beg one week from you wonderful people? I promise I will have them in the mail Monday, July 21! Time just got away from me!

Let me know if that is OK.

Deb

Deb, I have to join you and ask for some extra time.

Girls, can I be granted a dispensation until the weekend? I have had so so much trouble with my schoolhouses! They are make in 3 sections, two have been done awhile. the third section had been sewn, unsewn, sewn, unsewn and now needs sew again. The instructions say to just sew the 5 pieces together! sure!!! but not how to make them look right! There are angles and when I sew them they look like a caved in roof! AND doing a quick measure, they dont fint with the other 2 sections. I THINK I've finally figured out what needs to be done. I had to get away from it a bit, do some figuring, thinking and playing with fabric, so now I'm on my way. Keep your fingers crossed!!!!!!! My rosebud blocks are just waiting for the schoolhouses to get done, and away they all will go. So sorry, don't know why I'm having such a problem, well, yes I do, the instructions aren't like El's!!!!! Nice and clear!

Thanks for the extension, everyone, I'll post soon as the problem is really solved and I have one good looking schoolhouse!

Okay ladies, I hear ya. Lets say, have the blocks to me by July 24th (next Thursday). That gives me Friday to sort and Saturday to mail back. Is that okay with everyone.

My blocks are done and ready to be mailed. Does DJ have a new address or do I use the K Street addy?

Thanks,
Deb

** The blocks went out this morning via priority mail. You should have them before Thursday.

I was thinking about yellow too, Caroline. But, like you said, it's hard to decide for sure until you see all the blocks together! :-)
