Howdy doody

Yvette, your blocks are here. Yay.

Tina, I will look foryour blocks.

Beverly, don't rush, you have time. I haven't finished my blocks yet either. Jerry added new shelves in my sewing room and I am filling them up. Enjoy your new toy, which long arm did you get?

I am not sure about a favorite color, I like a lot of greens and blues, but most of the scraps I used in this, was from recent quilts. I did a scrappy purple cat quilt for DGD a few months ago, that is my purples I used, and I did a blue retirement quilt for my boss in the fall....

Chriss you are welcome for the FQ's. My favorite colors to make quilts with are rich earth tones especially reds. But I make lots of different colors quilts for others and have scraps from that.

Going to fit sewing into my day today, hoping to get them mostly done.

Then off to find my white fabric for the lotto! I have lot so pink scraps.

My blocks went into the mail yesterday morning. Chriss, I think you should stay home from work and wait in your new sewing room for them to arrive! ;o)

Maryz, I so wish that were an option

So then my question is.

Is there a certain fabric or color you didn't make into bow ties because you want to keep it all to your self?

I have one blue fabric and only a 5 inch square left of it. I love it, I wish I could find more of it but I have tried and it's gone. My favorite fabric line is Victory Quilts from QIAD. I have very little of it left also.

Today I will be working on the rest of my bow ties. Hope you all get to sew too.

Chriss, I hoard....I mean save all kinds of fabric for me hehe mine are mostly FQ's. But for this I truly just used small pieces that I had.
