Good Afternoon! Sorry I have not been om a lot, my RA is really dog a number on me. The shots in my stomach do not seem to be working, so I
can only hope she comes up with somethin soon.

We leave May 5th for South Carolina for two weeks. My oldest grandson graduates from college at the top of his class in Electrical Engineering. Follows in his Papa's shoes. He is going straight into his PHD at North Carolina University. Every thing paid for (as it was for his bachelors, and they are paying $30,000.00 a year. Yep you read it right. He is such a success and wonderful person. Too bad the jerk abused him so and hasn't seen him or the other three for 6 years. I think the jerk will grow old and die alone. But he earned it.

I am having Easter here with my neighbor next door. Looking forward to it. She is the neighbor gossip, but I NEVER gkve her anything to pass on. lol Mama taught me well. lol

I have been working on your party dresses and only have three more to finish. Will get them in the mail next week. Ok, consider this my weekly check in. See I can play nice.

Good afternoon everyone......I think I have found my possible sashing/border fabric. Of course, I will want to see the blocks first, but These fabrics were what had in mind. Can't wait to see all the blocks together.

TERESA: I hope you are feeling better as the weeks pass. Despite the aches/pains, growing old does have its perks.

MARY ROSE: There is still quite a few weekends for you to be able to enjoy your sewing. Working does make some time restraints. Looking forward to seeing your blocks.

Congrats to Carole on the graduation of your Grandson!! He sounds really focused. My Dad's side of the family still resides in North Carolina. Beautiful there! Enjoy your visit with your family.

Anyway, I am FINALLY ready to mail my blocks in. I THOUGHT I was ready last week but I decided to to a little more topstitching. I'm trimming threads tonight then into the mail tomorrow.
