Boy did I have a wonderful treat in my mail box when I got home from work last night! A little box with 3 of the cutest FQs!

My SP has been a busy gal, lots on her plate so she sent me the FQ and I LOVE THEM! They will be totally perfect to go in a quilt for my Children's Hospice Home!! My wheels are spinning already thinking about what pattern to make!

Thank you SO very much SP... I do really love them! I'll open them up and photo later on today so you can see how cute they are and maybe give me a pattern suggestion.

I got a sweet surprise from my SP today! A beautiful block in slate blue and a fq that is black with with thread spools! Now she is good because I just bought a panel that is black and white with antique sewing machines to make a valance for the window in my sewing room. Now every time I look up I will remember her.

Ok, I'm going to try to post a picture. I got a great block of Sunbonnet Sue which is wonderful because my Great Grandmother, my Mom, and my middle name is "Sue". I have always been partial to this block but have never made one. I also love 1930's prints because they remind me of my grandma who did all her quilting by hand and I mean ALL. I also got a little note pad which I need to help keep me organized. Thank you, Secret Pal!
