April - No worries about all the blocks being almost taken. I am hoping that we will have two winners this month and whatever blocks they are missing to make the Sampler they could make themselves or I am sure any and all blocks will make a FABulous Quilt. The more the merrier!!!

Flo - The only thing new here is that YOU get to CHOOSE which BLOCK you want to make. No worries if others are making them as well. Make what is comfortable for you.
A number of the blocks are pieced which we have all made beautifully. They are 16" blocks instead of the 12" we usally do or the 6.5" blocks we sometimes do also.
I know you can do it!! I am stitchin'(rooting) for you!!!! You can do this - YEA!!!

Theresa,I thinks its the choosing that is throwing me....but i will get a tleast a couple stitched together. Hope your trip is great. Now that I have Luigi, my little Fiat, maybe we can meet up in Apple Valley when you get back.

Hello ladies, I've managed to make my 3rd of 4 blocks...
This block on the right; (Grandmothers tulips) matches the 'Greek cross' block I made earlier in the week...
Here it is... 'Grandmothers tulips'

Doing this from the phone so it will be short sweet and to the point. FABulous block Jacquie. Love the colors and can't wait to see the other one and wI see which one will be a mini - smiling in anticipation.

Flo - how wonderful that will be to meet in Apple Valley. Is that closer than Victorville. I think they have a quilt shop in Victorville but not sure. Enjoy picking your blocks. Anyone will be GREAT!!!

We are off to Washington today for the wedding. Will be wonderfull to see family and friends. I had some sewing time yesterday but didn't get to the rest of my blocks. I know I have some time coming up so no worries here.
