While I'm not participating in this sew-along, I am enjoying all the beautiful work you girls are doing! I thank you for the 'quilt show'!
And I have something for you if you wish: I found, in a used book store, the Chevarini novel that goes with this quilt. I think it's called The Union Quilters. Chickie has read it and now it's going to Tina. I thought it would be fun for everyone who wants to read it to put your hand in the air. The person who has it last will mail it to you. You read it, put your name on the front flyer page, and send it on to the next person. when everyone who wants to read it has had a turn, would the last person mail it back to me, please? my address is in the book. Enjoy!

Week 11 finished. Now to go check out week 12.
All the blocks are beautiful - love all the florals - recognize some of the fabrics.

I do not have Sylvia's Sampler. I do have the Farmers wife.
If you substitute, could you please tell us which LUB blocks are being replaced?
I want to just have LUB blocks in my quilt. So if you want to substitute from a book I don't have, that is okay with me. I just need to know which block it replaces.
I am behind, so I am glad to have a week to catch up. I really want to complete this quilt. The blocks remind me of the Loyal Union Quilters novel. I really enjoyed it. I am very happy with the blocks I have completed. I like the fabrics I am using and have overall plan.
