October Secret Pal - Update 12/2/09 We are Complete

My secret pal gift arrived today. I received a beautiful tote from Caroline1947 and a package of charm squares. Will try and add a picture tomorrow, after DH is finished with my camera.

yes this was always such a fun swap until it comes a month (like september) you dont recieve a gift i would not have thought anything about it if my sp had sent me a pm and told me that she was unable to send to me i would have said thats ok hope things get better for you but my point in posting this is if for some reason you are unable to send a gift please at least send them a note so they want keep looking for a package every day in the mail thats my point of view and hope everyone has a good weekend

My wonderful gift arrived yesterday from Javin-Vinae! Oh what a fun box of Halloween Treats! A darling set of coasters, perfect for my dining room table, with some fabric to match, a darling and EASY table runner pattern, some Life Savers--I mean who couldn't use a Life Saver now and then! And some wonderful smelling body lotion--perfect for the dry skin the winter brings!

I mailed my package to my SP almost two weeks ago and so far haven't heard if she received it. I always worry that things get lost in the mail, or gets stolen out of mailboxes (which is why we finally had to get a locking mailbox!). Mary z

Theresa... she got it today... we kind of live off the path a bit so it takes an extra day to get the mail and if it's a big mail day we get packages the next day... and if we get no mail it's either a holiday or the mail delivery truck broke down...lol

Theresa was my secret pal... I was so surprised.... I called home to tell DH I was on my way and he said I had a package from Theresa K... I knew you were my FQ pal but didn't know I was blessed to have you as a secret pal too....

She sent some wonderful sugar free candies... some home made jam which DH has honed in on and practically ripped out of my hand....and three perfect FQ's... that green is just a perfect color... and a wonderful note telling me all about herself... I loved every bit of it... thank you so so much... you have been a great secret pal.
