Mid-month update:
UFO's (I don't do too well working on these)
1. Work on Sally’s quilt border (this quilt is beginning to call me
as an idea for the border came to me last night....hope I remember
what it was.)
2. Start quilting Charms on Point
3. Sew pinwheel blocks together for Boston Terrier quilt (done and
ready for narrow red border-next month)
4. Finish sewing 3-D pinwheel blocks
5. Work on SBSbelle
New:
1. 2 BD Blocks - QIAD (one done but might do over)
2. 2 Kitchen Towels (haven't found any I like)
3. Applique hearts on pink D9P (2 done plan to work on this during
the race this afternoon)
4. Make practice bear
5. Quilt for 5 year old fire victim (2 done and delivered)
6. Finish pink/purple little quilt (RMH)
7. Prayer Squares (RMH) (7 done)
What I did that wasn't on my list:
21 Crumb blocks
Prepared App in a Day block for back basting and started to applique
Hexagon Blah Blocks into Rectangles - 5 more to do (I found them when I was straightening up and decided to do something with them)

Quilt for Relay for Life----working on it, the sub-blocks are made, making them into the "real" blocks--almost done

Josh's B-Day quilt

Started 3 new projects....a sheep wall hanging...a purse for DGD....from my stash...finished one BOM and will have the other one done today.

Stashbusters is definitely helping me to stay focused and making progress. I have a week to go and I have made progress in February:
UFO's from January:
1. Quilt the "Romance the Roses" Nine Patch. Quilting has been started. - Done and mailed. Picture is posted.
2. Trim and sew together the Birds in the Air" blocks. The blocks are now 12-1/2" and some of these have been sewn together. - Done - The top is completed. Picture is posted.
3. Sew the log cabin blocks for the Bear in the Woods Quilt.(Done. I posted a picture in the sew-in thread on Feb 23rd.)
New for February:
1. BOM - Barn block (DONE) and February block.
2. Towels need to be embroidered using Birdbrain Design.

Finally got something finished!! DD boyfriend's quilt is DONE! Washed, dried, and folded. Just waiting for tomorrow to give it to him. I feel as if a weight has been lifted off of me. Picture to be posted tomorrow.

Boy Joanne - you are on a roll! Great progess. I am starting to feel the effects of scouts starting to kick in for the season so time is becoming an issue.

I had eight projects listed for January, but for February I concentrated on just two of them:
#1. Make my Scrappy Houses for the Feb. swap - DONE, plus 9 more for me
#4. Catch up on making the 9-Patch blocks for the Nine-Patch Fun sew-along - Have finished Churn Dash, Friendship Star, Shoo Fly, and Maple Leaf. That leaves me only three behind, not counting the applique blocks.
I'm making progress.........

One more day in this short, short, month!!!! I finally did get one stocking done, and 5 other fronts done. How did everyone do with your goals? Tomorrow I will be posting the March thread.
