May Secret Pals

I just filled in for somebody this month that was unable to do hers. Normally I only do one. I think one is the norm unless we're helping out somewhere.

Oh! Thank you thank you thank you Kittyquilt9292-Carol for my May SP gift!

Such interesting things - first the two fat quarters, the dark red stars is way different than any I have! Love it. The bursting fireworks is just cool! I have never seen the roll up tape measures, I think I will paint them pink so no men will touch them! And for fingers that don't work so well anymore, the little screwdriver with the big knob for turning is just the ticket!

But especially I enjoyed the card with your information, it is so fun getting to know all of our friends here, one at a time.

justdawne - So glad you liked your gifts. I pulled a gadget out of my stuff, the photo easels I happened upon on the discount shelf at Joanns, and bought several to include in past and future SPs, but the fabric - I did special shop..there was a local quilt show nearby and I had to spend some at the vendors displaying their fabrics!

I am still waiting for my May package....

A Big thankyou to OLLIESHOE for my May secret pal package that arrived yesterday. In it was a southern living magazine -- now you know a girl from Canada originally and California now will really need to read that to understand all you southern gals!! LOL I also got some really pretty yellow fat quarters,an awesome measuring device that has 14 measurements on it, and an awesome postcard from Paducah, Kentucky with a note introducing herself. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!
