Ladies, I am very sorry, but I will have to drop out of this swap. I have some personal issues to deal with right now and I do not see that I will have the time to work on these blocks. I do not want to keep everyone waiting on me so I would rather drop out before it is time to mail the blocks in.

I am sorry.

I guess I am confused..........has the due date been changed to October 30? I haven't checked this thread in a long time but don't want to make anyone wait. Can someone let me know.

So after catching up on reading several swap threads I realize that this swap may not actually be taking place.

Has anyone sent their blocks in yet? Is this a swap we can salvage? I am really interested in keeping this alive. If anyone else wants to do that PLEASE lets talk about it. I would be willing to help gather and forward the blocks but only if everyone wants to do this.

Thanks, Debi

Mine are finished, just waiting to send off.
Plan to mail by 10/10 so they will get there in time.

Mine are almost done. I should have them ready to mail by next week. I think the due date is still 9/30, but I may have missed a posting. Does anyone know the correct due date?

I see my name is still here. I pulled out of this one in June when I was without a sewing machine for 6 weeks. It sounds like it will be a wonderful quilt but there isn't anyway that I can complete this.

Looking forward to seeing your finished blocks.

My blocks are all done. I think the due date is still the end of October. Hope we can keep this swap on track. I think we should all hang in there with DJ to see this one through. I can mail mine whenever DJ gives us the go-ahead to send them in.

I certainly don't want anyone to think their blocks aren't good enough. I enjoy doing the kind of things that I did on these blocks and probably have more time on my hands than a lot of you gals who work and have kids at home.

I'm looking forward to the swap and receiving all your blocks to represent your homes. I'll cherish each and every one of them.

Take care and have a great day,
Susi
