What a SURPRISE!!!!! A VERY BIG "Thank you" to Tina (Gershwin64), Becky and Jo for the little tidbits of "Joy" (the purple and green fabrics) you sent with your blocks. They are so sweeeeeeeet, PERFECT and will be well loved!!! Happy Easter to you!!!

All the blocks are organized and have found the homes they would like to be in.
I have to say the "....." wanted there own home and did not want, under any circumstances, to be separated at all so they found some friends to join them. Jo - They are precious and fun!!! Shhhhhhh..... Don't give it away until you put it together and post a picture .... I LOVE IT!!! Giggling!!!!!

DH won't let me drive right now as my eyes are swollen, red, itchy and Grrrrrr ... so they might be staying here until Monday which is his day off. Will let you know.

What a wonderful treat I had in my mail box this afternoon!! The March Lotto blocks arrived and they are BEAUtiful!!! thanks to all of you that joined in March! A special THANK YOU to Teresa for hosting this... one of my favorite projects! Will post a picture of them all laid out as soon as I can!

Good morning everyone. My blocks arrived on Friday, but because I didn't work, I couldn't let you know. And yes all of the _____ wanted to stay together, so over the weekend, they all went into a quilt for the Merryman House when I go to Paducah. I have to put the borders on it tonight and probably quilt it over the next couple of nights.

Then there were also 6 other lovely blocks that didn't fit in with the ______. (Geeze, Teresa, slap me silly - I really don't know what I was thinking!!!!!) Anyway, I dug out some blocks from a previous block lotto that I won where we picked our favorite block and used florals. Well, lo and behold, they all looked just lovely together and I found a not real dark but not real light green to sash and border it with, so I will have 2 quilts to bring. As soon as I have the blocks for this one sewn, I will try to take pictures and post them and then everyone can see why the ______ didn't want to be separated.

P.S. Teresa, I still have Lisa's blocks. I was very good and didn't even open her bag. I did call her to tell her I have them and I will see her in 2 weeks so she will get them then.

Ok, I should be able to post pictures tomorrow, that is if DH comes home on time and we can get the tax stuff organized and I can sew after supper. If not, it will have to be Friday.
