Favorite Style of Fabrics (batiks, homespuns, reproductions, etc): Batiks and Asians are my favs, I tend to collect them, too chicken to use them. Otherwise, I like everything.

Hand or Machine Quilt: Um, I don't know how to do either. I end up turning and tying because I'm afraid to ruin a top. I wish I knew how to hand quilt....

Brand of Machine: Kenmore with a Brother back-up.

Favorite Candy: carmel and chocolate, like turtles or rolos.

ALLERGY ALERTS: None. Well, dogs and rabbits, but only if they touch me. I break out in hives when I get smooched by a pooch!

Hobbies: Is this a trick question? Other than quilting/sewing, I love to scrapbook. I have a lot of kids, all boys, and we do a lot of camping and fishing. I am also a coordinator for Project Linus (CO area).

Pets: Many cats, do you want one?

Great idea, Hummingbird! I hope more will list their "hints". It sure comes in handy if we do a card shower or want to add a little hostess gift with a swap. It's also just a nice way to get to know others a little better.

Family: one husband, he has been around about 20 years or so now, i am rather fond of him, and an almost 17 year old daughter who helps me with my color coordination when quilting she has tried her hand as well with a little quilting, but it didn't really grab her interest as much as i had hoped.
