My mail FINALLLY came today. We have a very late delivery time - 3 to 5pm. and what a fun surprise from Tina! Tina, you were so over-the-top generous! Thank you so much. I received a CT kit for a 24" quilt that will make a great table topper and match my dinging room wallpaper to boot! There was also a pattern for bag (I was looking for one but hadn't chosen one yet.), 1/2 yd of 'building' fabric (boards print) for my landscape stash, a quilty charm for my purse, a pkg of safety pins, a pad of sticky notes, and a purse calendar/notepad. Wow! My head is reeling! I feel so special! Thank you, Tina!

I must apologize to my secret pal our mail was put on hold while we were attending a wedding and visiting our children and I forgot that my husband was going straight back to work today and does not get back to where we live until after the post office closes, so I'm going to have to wait until Thursday when he is off to see if my package is there.... I will let you know as soon as I know if its here.... thanks in advance... A very happy birthday girl and grandma after spending quality time with my girls and grandchildren....

I just got back from the post office. Woo Hoo!!! I have received my package from my secret pal.

Vinae, thank you so very much. She made me a "lavender hobo bag" and a mug organiser. There is also FQ in lavender/purple colors. I love them all. They are so beautiful. I am very lucky. Thank you! Thank you!

Whoohoo! As I sat in my recliner, resting that broken rib late this afternoon, I heard a soft thud on the porch...Maureen, your choices for me are as perfect as if you'd known me for years! The magnetic tape measure on a lanyard is brilliant, and the notepad is just the sort of thing I find myself needing, but don't buy for myself. The teabag flavors sound delicious, I can hardly wait to taste these flavors. And, I'm just about to finish the book I've been reading, so I'll read my new Elm Creek novel while I drink my tea. It almost makes all this sitting around feel like my first choice activity! I enjoyed reading about you and your family. Congratulations on your remission, and especially on taking proactive measures to stay in remission! Thank you for a very thoughtful surprise package!
