Did the crabs make jack-o-lanterns out of my pumpkins? We will have to put a light in them.

I have two plans for blocks.. need a little input...

one is patriotic, stars and such, the other is a beach theme... not sure which way to go..thankfully there are only 12 blocks.

Chriss--there is a neat star block in the Country Register this season with a sunflower applique... nothing says summer like Sunflowers! At least in Kansas... I will look forward to seeing all the blocks since I was almost a calendar girl with you!!!

I finally picked out a block.. just a traditional block but it will be red/white and blue... unless I change my mind...lol

a friend gave me some great advice... sew early or you'll be in a pickle.... think I need to get on this now or I will be a late lu lu....

Welcome Muse&Sew - Posting does let us get to know you. One great thread to post on would be the Daily Sew-In. You don't have to post everyday unless you want to but you will get hooked in a heartbeat.

I also head up the Lotto Block Thread where we learn or practice a block every month. You make as many as you want to send me for tickets to win a whole quilt full. Tis another great place to get to know us and we get to know you.

Keep watch for swaps coming up in the beginning of the year. I think we are finished for the year ... but one never knows what might pop up.
