Denise- I am going to eat the pink one with the chocolate bottom soon as they get here. LOL Your block look so real!!! YUM!!!

This is probably the only quilt that will make me hungry.

Velda- what a wonderful gift this will make with your note on the back to your grand daughter. What a great memory reminder. I am sure she will love it.

All the blocks made so far are such an inspiration. Thank you so much for posting them!!!

12-31-12: I picked up some Nancy Halverson stripes and TOT's today. In the wash tonight. Can't wait to start mine.

1-3-13: All Fabric washed and cut out. Wish I could get the all the wrinkles out of my fabric but no amount of starch, water or steam will get them all out. Just not as nice as clean cut fabric. Any tips I might try.
I think I will also try my machine using invisible thread.

Teresa: Maybe a few wrinkles will make them look more real.
Frosting and cupcake papers always have a few wrinkles. LOL

It will work out, I am sure!!!

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. I want to try a few
patterns to make me some new place mats next.

New Year, new ideas, New energy. LOL

Rats!! I wanted to see all of Velda's cupcakes before she mailed them. But the weather has been yucky here so have been staying inside.

I have about 12 more tops to put on, then I'm done.

Hope we get 5 more to sign up.
