I think the 13 ounce rule went into effect after the Dept. of Homeland Security was formed. I guess most of the 'suspicious' packages must weigh more than 13 ounces.

lifeisgrand - Monday is not 12/01 on my calendar. She still has a week after this one and then Monday is 12/01. You must be getting anxious for dear old Santa! LOL I am way too behind at work for Monday to be 12/01.
