Maybe I am just too excited to be getting the FQ's lol. I just want to see what they look like and get some ideas as to what I will do with them. I can't do anything until next week anyway. I promised my daughter I would finish up a dress I started for her earlier this summer. She will be wearing it her first day in the first grade next week.

I know the feeling about the excitemnet - I am curious what the others wound up with - a shame we can open them all infront of each other - half the fun for me is watching someone face when they open a package

I haven't received my FQ's yet either. I work for a mail order company and I know how slow the mail can be. The amount we pay for
postage is redicules. Maybe we should go through UPS next time.

I can't check my local post office. I do not get home from work until 6 pm so I just hope the package will get here soon.

I feel really bad for those who haven't gotten theirs. I tried to email stitch but haven't gotten anything back. I know she mailed them because I got mine. Can those of you who work late call from work or something before they close? Maybe there is a shortage of sorters or something. It seems since the price went up, the progress of packages has been very slow.

they came today! opened the box and wow you ladies are fantastic.

I think I owe stitch money. I had prepaid the priority mail box when I sent it, however when it arrived today there was additional postage for 1.55 from ca dated 8/6. I think it must have been returned to her I hate to think that she has had to pay extra for all of us. I will pm to find out.

I am so excited about getting them that I would offer to host the next one if anyone wants to participate.

Oh there is hope for mine yet. I will have to check also to see if I owe extra postage. Maybe that is the problem.
