Erin, the purple block is called Double Aster.. The others are Army Star and Buzzards Roost.

They are all on Quilters Cache.

Sorry I sould have named them when I posted.

Caroline, I just looked through my stash and the only white one white I have is from Walmart. I won't get a chance to get any quilt shop quality before the swap is over. Please take my name off your list. Sorry

Walmart wow is FINE!!!! I use it and have seen many others use it,,,so please dont drop out because of that!!!! I dont think we have any fabric snobs in this group,,,Good luck!

Redtop, your WOW will work nicely. If a Walmart was near me I would use it also. All of Caroline's blocks with the WOW are very nice. Please stay with us........You might even win half of the blocks and from the looks of them they are going to make up beautifully!

Redtop, I have a Walmart near my place and most of the time it's where I buy my fabrics. There's a LQS, but is very expensive, I buy there only if I need to, if I don't find at Walmart. Once in a while I go to a LQS about 40 min. drive from my place and buy lots of FQ's. I'm no ashamed to say what kind of fabrics I use. I'm not a fabric snob! :-)

Please stay with us, don't drop out!

Thanks guys,for backing me. I intended this Lotto to be fun and do able for everyone. I think I have mentioned before I know a gal that works at Walmart and many of the fabrics we find there are the same exact stuff some of the quilt shops carry. Walmart can sell it cheaper because they buy in larger quantities. I have also been to a quilt shop several miles from me,that has some of the same exact fabric that I see at Walmart for twice the price or more. So make your blocks and relax!!! This is for fun,not a contest,Hugs,Caroline
