Maryq, how fun, cant wait to see that tote

I am 1/4 done with my elf project. hope to be half done by the end of today. and my hint. I am not doing any sewing on this project but may do some sewing on something else. Or not.

I received a teaser from my Sweet Santa yesterday. Our mail came late, as we were headed out the door for the evening so I didn't have time to post a thank you! I received a needle threader with an LED light. My tired old eyes will certainly appreciate this! THANK YOU, Secret Santa, whoever you are!

And I have not forgotten the NY Beauty-esque pattern that you sent me a few weeks ago. It is sitting next to my computer as I type this. It is certainly beyond the scope of anything I've attempted before (paper piecing AND curved sewing!), but the challenge has been issued and one day soon, I'm going to accept that challenge. i may have to rescind my thanks after we see how it goes (or doesn't! lol!) Oh my GOODNESS! I went to the mailbox after letting the mail sit for over a week, and look what I got? A beautiful Halloween pumpkin table runner. I will also use it for Thanksgiving.

It really made my week - thank you very much. I am so tickled!
