Very close, Val! This swap is just developing, so if everyone feels that we need more than 12 blocks, we can increase it.

---all blocks will be pieced, no applique.

---the focus fabric can be more than one, but one is fine.

---with DH's surgery, it would be more convenient for me to start in March, also!

I wonder if it would be better to hold on to the 12 blocks until we're finished and then mail to our secret swapper. It would probably save on cost but it would also be a lot of fun to get them all at once and find out who had us then. Just a thought.

I really like this idea. It would be really neat to have a partner to talk about tips and ideas used in completing the blocks. Yeh I like this idea.

This exchange sounds like fun! If the blocks are diffrent sizes I would like to have a pattern or some ideas putting the blocks together into a quilt. Sometimes I am Math Challenged!!!!!!!! LOL Jean

I like the idea..but I couldn't start until March. Have a couple more swaps to finish.

If you have the same partner each month, then you are basically making each other a quilt. It seems to me if you had a different partner each month, you would REALLY have a sampler quilt with 'samples' by lots of people. Just a thought.
