Here is a very interesting page. Go down about half way to " FREE QUILT BLOCK COLORING PAGES".

You can print out a block pattern, see a colored layout and print out a blank layout for you to fill in any colors.

Right under the first picture of a needle, it asks where you want to go today. Click on it and the menu will appear and then go to Quilt Blocks Galore.

Or, here is the page

I like Maryq's Four Square2 and also think it would be so pretty with pastel, spring colors...or pastel 30's fabric, too!

Nine Patch Nirvana is a nice block, but for some reason I have alot of trouble with the "flip and sew" stuff - I'm never really happy with the way it turns out when I do it...

I like the Birds In the Air pattern on Quilters Cache, looks easy to me. I think it would be nice with blues vs WOW, or light blue and dark blue.

I like them all. How do you choose? I don't have a preference. Whatever the majority picks is fine with me. I'm just having fun doing this. All the blocks are great. So anything's fine with me.

I think spring colors would be nice since the winner should be receiving the blocks just prior to that, when there are the winter blues. Spring colors would perk up a quilter.

As for blocks... I think something we could use up our scraps on... Roman Stripe or Squares and Stars, on page 3 http://www.quilterscache.com/Quiltblocksgalore3.html

a pretty floral and solid on WOW, as shown, for the squares and stars, or just pastel scraps for the Roman Stripe. It's just string piecing so would be easy.

Oh, Yeah. I love that baby bud in pastels... pinks, yellows, lavenders, etc., with green leaves would be gorgeous. Or the French Rose/Bullseye Rose in pastels! http://quiltingpassion.com/blocks/shapes/roses.jpg
