Whew, I almost panicked there about Dec B-Days!! I'm another Dec. B-day, but I'm in group 1. I couldn't decide on one particular either, so I went with the Quilter's choice also. Not sure if I specified a size or not, I better ask Caroline. this is going to be lots of fun!! Happy Trails, jac

oh I can't wait until we see when the birthdays are. Looks like "In Stitches" has 2 December and 1 February so far.

I don't know if I specified a size either

I'm a Jan birthday so I won't have to wait as long. I did request a color choice so they will all be in the same color family. I can't wait to get started !!

The thread for the other 2 groups has great storage idea suggestions. I am so excited!!!! I can't wait to see what everyone selected for their blocks

I can't wait! I want to try and get the earlier blocks completed way before the holidays set in. When I go back to Reno to pick up my sewing machine, I'm going to swing by Michaels and JoAnns to see about the storage containers that was talked about on the other thread. I, too, have used pizza boxes, but I sure like the idea of good sturdy boxes better. Happy trails, jac

yeah!!!! I am going to Michaels with my 40% off coupon for a new storage box! I am very excited. John is also anxious to see what this project will bring. He thinks this is a fun way for me to learn new things too

Sewcarolyn, where did you get the 40% off coupons for Michaels? I have to go to another store that is near Michaels in the next few days, so I'' have to stop off there, but I don't seem to find coupons. Thanks and happy sewing.
I agree, swaps like this "stretch us" to lean new things, and I like that. We get to do blocks that we, at least me, wouldn't even think about. Love it, HUGS, carol/kittyquilt
