Chriss had not noticed the "Mail" holder as I was looking at the runner. That was Javin. UHM! Javin may figure in this scheme somehow. It is absolutely adorable though. Yes, it is dated but that makes it special. If Jerry is looking for his wallet and tape it is right there on the microwave. Love all the little nick knacks on the shelf. It looks like many are napkin holders?

Valerie, you are right, it was Vinae who commented. Sorry about that. Funny thing about tape measures, we have one in almost every room. Jerry is a setter. He uses something and sets it down and there it stays. I don't move his things and he doesn't go in my play room. Yesterday he was looking for his keys, usually on the microwave. They were on his dresser, he needed to turn on the light to find them, so he didn't find them, I did. UGH.

Vinae, be warned. Don't let Valerie and Tina drag you into their Tom Foolery. They can be sneaky.

Vinae, Jerry made me the cubby hole shelf thing hanging on the wall above the microwave. It has different napkin rings in it. I no longer collect napkin rings and am trying to think of something else to put in there.

Chriss- that is a cute shelf and fun collection of napkin rings. I don't collect things anymore and have gotten rid of most of my collections and minimized my house. I had a collection of about 70 porcelain dolls and I got rid of all those. It is funny how our tastes change over time. The only thing I collect is fabric.

Lois, I love my microwave topper table runner thingy. It's perfect. Maybe your Santa will see this and surprise you.

Vinae, you really need to come back, check in the sew ins and the swaps, I've missed you. I do have too many thimbles but love to collect them. I also have pin cushions I love to collect. My favorite collection is angels. These collections are all in my sewing room which is a 10x12 spare bedroom. We should each take pictures of our sewing rooms to share.

Chriss, I don't think you want to see my sewing room at this house right now. As I noted in Sew In, I was going to be figuring out what items I'm taking to Texas this winter and I'm looking for things for my Elf. All that lead to organizing as I hunted. I have a whole tote of Christmas fabric, now that it's all in one place. If I get it to picture worthy status, I will post a couple photos.
