Yay. I am going this year. First time- so excited- can't wait. The gal who is leading us all there received this and sent it out to us. Thought anyone who may be going would be interested.

billizzy you've never been to Texas! You're all so far away for me, and Grand forks is furthest well my daddy say "you never know" believe, pray is the destination. Where he guides/leads us is where..
My fathers nephew, married Americans, and moved to make their lives or virsa versa..
Some things in my life took turns only prayer could explain the mystery.
All to say, you will enjoy your time in Texas, among other ladies who share and understand quilt desire. HAVE FUN! I were there I know I shed tears of joy!

I have been to Houston Quilt Show twice - 2011 and 2013. It is AMAZING!!! Cindy G will be there for sure. She goes every year and so does Sue. But wear good walking shoes! It takes two full days of hot-footing it around just to see all the vendors! I finally had to just give up on the vendors and spend my last hour of my second day looking at the quilts. and even then it was only a cursory glance at most of them. It takes at least 3 days to do this show right!
You will have FUN!! Have you booked your hotel yet? They fill up FAST.
