Oh my heavens! Each of us saw this challenge in a different way! I love that!
Congratulations on having the courage to take on this challenge, and putting in the time to get them done. I think they are ALL winners! I couldn't pick just one!

I have been wondering about this challenge from the beginning. I could not imagine how in the world anyone could design a quilted image of themselves.
This is remarkable!!! Great job to each of you. They are each so very different and unique. How can we choose just one. Can't they all be winners, just for being so brave to take on something like this.
In my book - you all are WINNERS!. But I will have to narrow it down somehow and place my vote. Just is going to be so hard to do.
You are all amazing!!!

Great job from everyone. You are all so talented.
It's amazing to see the different interpretations.
I know everyone can't be a winner in this contest
but here are my thoughts ....YOU ARE ALL WINNERS!!

I's so much fun to see everyone's final portrait and to see how different they are!
VICKY - you captured your essences so beautifully and simply. (and I love those fabrics!)
JULES - your work is always exquisite. Your quilty portrait is inspired.
JOAN - so artistic!
AND MINE? - I was excited to answer a new challenge, just to see if I could do it. And I chose this silly photo to work from because - well - I think it says a lot about me. And no, that's NOT a real chicken. lol!!

I think there should be four categories, one for each since they are all so diff. Then we could have "4 winners". I personally would declare all of them winners. Each so lovely in their own right. This is so hard to vote on but I will try.
Thank you ladies for taking a plunge into a super fun challenge and you lived up to it in your own expressive ways. May God bless each of you beautiful ladies.
Love and hugs, Shirley Mae
