Hi SusieQ, knitnoid posted a tutorial on how to make some really cute tissue covers under the Quilting & Fabric Discussions section. I just brought it back to the top so it will be easy for you to find. I hope that helps.

Re: OT-Kleenex tissue covers
SusieQ, I used the directions and pattern that knitnoid put on the quilting and fabric discussions. I also made some using these directions.
Cut two pieces of fabric 6 and 1/2" by 7" each.
With right sides together stitch 1/4 inch from the edge all around the outside of the fabric,
Leave about 1-2" opening on the long side for turning.
Turn and press. Make sure to press the opening to the inside.
Bring short edges to the middle. Place the fabric you want on the outside in the inside.
stitch 1/4" from the edge along each end.
Turn right side out and fill with your pocket tissues, put a slit down the center of the plastic packaging on the tissues so they are easy to remove.
You can also use batting between the two fabrics and quilt the fabric.
****after writing all of this I found the web site, it also has pictures to follow. It is www.skiptomylou.org
I hope this helps.
