White Elephant - Round 3

Sorry ladies I am doing battle with either a medication reaction or the flu and I do little else but sleep all day... The first box arrived last thurs and the second got here Sat. I had them all labeled for carrier pickup but left one sitting in the family room and my hubby didnt see it to put it out. It is going out tomorrow. The other one went out on Monday. Let's seeI took out two quilter magnets,2 sets of small labels, a check book size template holder,several pieces of fabric ranging in size from a half yard to a fat quarter, a purple ball shaped pin holder with a magnet,and a box of caramel delite girl scout cookies.. ( Carolyn knew I used to do girl scouts) and a quilting magazine. I put in 16 ( 4 of each kind) different fat quarters that have been stiffened with starch, pink fabric with roses, a checkbook cover with sewing items on the fabric, a couple of patterns,and several other pieces of fabric until the boxes were totally full.. I dont know how we are going to go back to just one box there really were not that many magazines or books. Just might have to go to a double route thing one box goes down as it travels on the list and the other goes up.

I rec'd a rather large box yesterday! DD and I went through it and have eliminated about half of it. I'll let you know when I get the next one and if I can combine them.

What I've taken out:

Girl Scout Cookies (hostess gift from Beth - Thank you!)
Several pieces of fabric (one to go with my ugly!)
A couple patterns/books
Lace


(I'm at work and can't remember the rest.....lots of goodies though)

Jan glad you liked the lace I have several hundred yards of lace and thought I would share. I had a spool out to give Buttercup some for her pillowcases and it was still on the table when I was packing the box.
