I try to time my post office visit to an hour that is not too busy, se live in a small town so the post office is fairly quiet between 11:00 and noon. I have been there on busy days and Amie is right about the stares. Hopefully you will get a cheerful clerk too because there are some that are not customer friendly and although they don't say anything they look at you as if you were taking up their break time. It really isn't as bad as it sounds as long as you take it all in stride and keep a good attitude about it all. I am not sure about the priority boxes but my mail clerk told me if I had the postage on the priority envelopes them I could call and schedule a pick up at my house. You should check on the website and see if you can do that since you are using priority mail boxes.
